[v5.0] Black Templars - new rule

One rule proposal I forgot...

Vows
The Black Templars must take one of the following vows before battle
begins:
1) Accept any challenge, no matter the odds - Non-Neophytes Infantry
and Cavalry units must be placed on Charge orders if they are in
charge range of an enemy unit during the Orders phase, and gain +1
CAF for the following Close Combat phase.
2) Uphold the honour of the Emperor - Non-Neophytes Infantry and
Cavalry units may not benefit from cover, but gain an additional 6+
fixed save (they can still make their Armor save first).
3) Be pure in mind, body and soul - If there is an enemy psyker on
the table at the start of battle, all Black Templars units gain the
Infiltration skill, but must infiltrate toward the psyker(s).
