[v5.0] General cards

We all know how is formed a NetEpic army: take a Company card, add
some Supports and the odd Special card. This system is easy and
intriguing, but lacks what for me is essential: the army General, the
focal point of the force you deploy against your enemies. Sure, you
can take a Farseer or an IG Colonel, but is not required and you can
field entire companies of a SM chapter with only some Captains to
lead them.

I've come with this proposal: General cards.

The General cards are mandatory and you must have one in your army,
no more, no less. They aren't Company cards and need not be attached
to one, they simply represent "you" in the battle. Note that they are
NOT free, and are purchased like any other card. Here is a list of
all the General cards for each army (note that they were all Special
cards). Chaos and Tyranids are an exception: Chaos already have a
sort of general on the battlefield (more than one, in fact) while
Tyranids really need not one.

Space Marines - Chapter Master
Imperial Guard/PDF - Colonel/PDF Colonel
Sisters of Battle - Mother Superior
Eldar - Farseer
Squats - Stronghold Lord (aka Warlord)
Orks - Warlord
Chaos - not needed, each Grater D�mon is the "general" of his part of
Chaos army
Tyranids - not needed, the broods are controlled by the Hive Mind
Dark Eldar - Archon
TAU - Shas'o
Slann - Great Magus?

We can even add rule about losing generals... don't know, a Morale
test for all companies and detachments should the general die? Open
on suggestions and opinions on this one.
