Hi!
I would say that the Crusader with 25 cm move would be the ideal vehicle, but it seems that people wont listen to reason... :-)
An other option could be to mount them in razorbacks.
Stats for the Storm Rihno are in the files section on the netepic group site, but for your convenience, here they are:

The Storm Rhino is quite simply an ordinary Rhino with the usual bolter replaced by a storm bolter to provide better close support for the troops.

> Emne: [NetEpic ML] [v5.0] White Scars proposal summary
>
> 1)White Scars bikes have the Hit and Run ability: They are not pinnable by anything on the turn AFTER they entered close combat. This allows them to enter CC in one turn and break off in the movement phase of the next turn.
> 2) White Scars bikes may enter woods and rough terrain on charge orders.
> 3) White Scars have scout bikes which may infiltrete their ADVANCE move.
> 3) Veterans replaced by veteran bikers.
> 4) Predator Jaghatai Khan.
> 5) Bike Companies.
> 6) Attack bikes replaced by attack bikes with multi-meltas.
> 5) No Devastators; this means no devastator units or battle companies.
> 6) No towed artillery, robots or dreadnoughts; Whirlwinds available as special cards.
> 7) No vehicles with speed under 25cm (Whirlwinds being the only exception).

> PROBLEMS:
> Terminator transport. The Land Raiders are IMO too slow and heavy for a White Scars force. However, there were objections to mounting them in Rhinos. The Eivind's Storm Rhino was suggested as was a completely new transport (stats not posted so far). I will make a poll about this.
