Well I have the Imperial Armor book which covers the two mentioned vehicles.

The Medusa is a direct fire unit, an assault gun on the cheap. It's job is
to reduce fortification walls. Not common and normally only carted out for
seige warfare and to breach fortification lines. After the breach is made
they rumble up with the infantry to level buildings in the urban fight.
Somewhat dangerous though given the gun crew only has a gun shield for
protection. The seige gun has stats equivilent to the Demolisher Cannon
expect with half-again the range.

The Trojan is a prime mover. That's actually not a gun on the back deck but
a small crane. They're used as armored cargo haulers and to tow artillery.
There is also an armored recovery variant called Atlas.

Other interesting Forgeworld AFVs include:

-Landraider Helios: Landraider with an artillery rocket launcher on the rear
deck; same launcher as is used on the Forgeworld variant Whirlwind.

-Landraider Prometheus: C4I Landraider with extensive communications gear.
Las-cannon are replaced with four heavy bolters per sponson.

-Stormsword: A field mod to Shadowswords that have lost their Volcano Cannon.
Main gun is replaced with a massive seige gun and is used for bunker busting
and spearheading assaults into cities. From the look of the model, another
modification includes a heavy flamer in the each small turret over the
twin-heavy bolter sponsons.

-Thunderer Seige Tank: another field mod, this for Destroyer tank hunters
that have lost their anti-armor laser. Laser is pulled for a Demolisher
Cannon.
