Eg. the Dark Angels. Even though the vote of confidence for me is still open I post this one, since it's the last. Any further special chapters are going to the Incoming!

The received suggestions have mostly concerned the Ravenwing. Namely, the addition of the Mater of Ravenwing to replace the ordinary command unit and the "jink" save. Of course, with addition of these the cost of Ravenwing would go up some 150 (or perhaps more?) points. There was a poll about Master of Ravenwing a while ago and the winning suggestion is below, although I have toned it down a bit from the original:

Master of Ravenwing
Master of Ravenwing is the commander of the Dark Angels 2nd company. His custom
Landspeeder is protected by an energy field and equipped with state of the art
intelligence devices and extensive data processors. You may change the orders of
one Ravenwing* detachment when it is activated if it is within 15cm of the Master.

Move: 30cm
Save: 5+
CAF: +4
Weapons:
Twin Assault Cannon:
Range: 35cm
Attack dice: 2
To-hit: 4+
Tsm: 0
Notes: HQ unit, Ravenwing**, special rules.

*Repeat: RAVENWING, meaning any of the three detachments belonging to the Ravenwing company. NOT any attached detachment.
**The Master can use either his normal save or the special Ravenwing save against any single shot, not both.

Ravenwing (formerly known as "jink" save): Ravenwing bike and land speeder riders have been extensively trained to dodge incoming shots. Ravenwing bikes and land speeders get a unmodifiable 6+ save when they're being shot at. This only applies to the three detachments in the Ravenwing company, NOT any other Dark Angel bike units.

RAVENWING RESTRICTIONS:
Only bike and/or landspeeder support cards may be attached to the ravenwing.

There has been concern about the "jink" save being too powerful, but IMO this is not so. In practice it means that 1 bike/speeder in 6 survives an attack.

P.S What should be done about the unit point costs? Yar has done extensive study on the subject and I think me doing the same kind of thing would be redundant and thus unnecessary. Does anybody object if I just post the suggested point values so people can comment them?
