Asking about regenerating creature

Some question about regenerating, especially Tyranid's regenerating:

1) If a model with wound is hit by somewhat that should destroy it, it
suffer as many wound as it's start with. This meaning that a creature with
6 wounds suffer 6 wounds and go to zero right? But if the same creature is
already wounded? If a creature has 6 wounds, is wounded 3 times and then
hit by a Doomweaver (for example :-) ) what happend? Creatures go to 0 o to
-3? I think it shold suffer the whole 6 wound, is senseless that a massive
destruction happen only if it's "life gauge" is at max. This also avoid
that a model with 6 wounds, reduced to 0 and hit by a doomweaver suffer no
damage...

2) Bio Titan are immune to Doomweaver's monomolecular web? In the eldar
book said that Titan and all that have 1+ ST are immune to the web, but I
think that Bio Titan should make an ecception, since they are made of flesh
and bone not steel, and the Doomweaver is build to polverize such
materials. A similiar exception should be the Dominatrix.

Let me know!!!!!
