It appears to be just temporary, when he comes back from holiday he is
going to give the site a complete revamp :).

Some time ago on the epic40k list there was a thread saying Paul was
pretty much "retiring" from running the site. Other people have taken up
that mantle. I'd suggest asking on their forums to find out (I don't
know either).
