Unfortunately, I haven't seen actual Vypers for sale anywhere for any
price.
My suggestion is to buy one of the Eldar plastic sprues (out of production
but
still available - at least last month at GW US) and paste the top half of a
Wraithguard to the back of a Jetbike. From a meter away it looks pretty
good.

Luck on the Titans - if you don't get a responce here try EBay and various
other online auction houses.

It's cleverly hidden on the Yahoo groups site in the Files > Non-image
folder
