2 chaotic question

Hi to all!!

I've 2 questin about Chaos:

First:
Chaos champion attached to Dwarf/Minotaur/Troll and so, are independent to
units or must mantain coerency?
If yes, even if HQ they should have the same order of unit and is activated
togheter?

Second:
The Space marine company count again the "at least 3 minion card" rule?
For example:
Mortarion + Death guard + Andoroid + Troll are right? Or must add another
minion?

Please let me know!!!!
