-->Fluff wise, you don't. 4000 pts of World Eaters would be something
not seen since the Heresy, and would only appear in a fight in the Eye of
Terror, not outside of it. That many points just into World Eaters would
represent a huge portion of the Legion that remains "intact". Any of the
Traitor legions that go outside of the warm fuzzy confines of teh Eye are
going to be heavily leavened with cultists and demons, as well as
miscellaneous CSM detachments from around the Eye. Fielding a "pure" CSM
army is...*ahem*...."unrealistic" fluff wise. I can see a 1500 pt
raiding force of just CSM's, but not a vast army like you suggest, unless
of course Horus has returned and is challenging the Emperor once again.


Against. The Rhino are one of the few transport Chaos actually has,
is easy to manufacture and they have taken a gadzillion of them in
the Eye of Terror.

-->Amen. And let's not forget all those Chaos Squats who can build and
maintain them. The Rhino was and is the standard APC. If they need
parts, they can always raid a depot.
