Why not just limit it at army creation like it is now... each company

greater deamon is aligned to a certain chaos god and cant take other
followers than generic ones and the ones of that god.

-->Because it isn't enough really. In a 2000 pt battle, you could
conceivably field several powers that complement each other, with no
issues. And I don't propose changing the card selection limits for any
GD/Company Card at all. At no time should a Plague Tower be under the
control of anything but a GUC or Mortarion. Nor should Towers of
Tzeentch be under the command of a Bloodthirster. Nor should the
Emperor's Children be following Angron into battle. It would go against
the very nature of the Chaos forces to do so.
