No, they cannot do pop-up attack, they have the High-low altitude, yes
they cannot leave the table, but where is written that a flyer must do
only a one pass attack and leave? consider even the fact that They are
Eldar Flyers, not real Flyers, they have an Alien technology, and anyway
NetEpic don't have only NightWing but also ALL the new Eldar Flyers
