Having just the people interested in the revision working with it would
immensely speed up things, however, it also moves us one step closer to the
typical way of designing rules...
i.e. designers and players.
Rather than now, where everyone is to a degree both.
Maybe its just a philosophical change, but its worth keeping in mind I
think.
