because they are just that, initial and highly changeable.

Thanks for the voice of support, but I'd like to point out that the
editor's
power doesn't include the ability to force ideas onto the list. My ideas
for
the Eldar, in particular, are definitely going to raise some eyebrows
and
(already) some objections. Those ideas will quite definitely get
discussed
when we get to Eldar and go to the polls - I'm putting my ideas up to
get them
some publicity, not to indicate they're a done deal.

As a note, anything you see with a 5-point-letter label is WORK IN
PROGRESS.
If you see anything with a 5.0 tag, that indicates it's done, complete,
official and the revision's over. I don't expect to see anything like
that for
quite a while, yet.
