5.0 File locations

I've moved all the PDF files to a new folder that's easier to find. It's
called Net Epic 5, in the Non-images part of the files. All the links in the
"file uploaded" messages you've just got are not bogus. Sorry about that, but
I figures the new material should perhaps be somewhere a little more intuitive
to find.
