[5.0] Chaos revision ends

Since there was not much commentary on the last part of the chaos list
(which was expected since it was the optional part of the old book), we
can finalize the chaos.
 
Worry not, if you have more observations or points to discuss, do so now
please!
 
So as to put everyone on notice the next book to be done is...
