The roll to hit is determined by the BP's.

Just noticed something on the ork list which has confused me a little..
In the Ork Fighta Bomma stats on page 32 of v4.1. The Ork fighta bomma
rokkits are listed as Attack Dice 2019BP and Roll to Hit 5+..
Do i need to roll a 5+ to hit first then whatever the BP's say for each
model under the template?. Or shuld the Roll to hit just be decided by
the BP's?
