The existing Chaos list makes that possible. Take a Standard Chaos army and buy a few of the basic companies - that'll get you a lot of cannon fodder, some nifty creatures (Trolls, etc.) and a few Chaos Rewards. Then Ally with Imperial Guard and snag an Artillery or armor company. There's your elite Chaos brigade.

If you want some of the special beasties from a Codex list, you'll have to drop the percentage of IG to 25%, but that'll still let you take one IG company & some support.

I combined the 4.1 Chaos book and the 3.0 Chaos Renegades book into the Standard and Codex lists. I prefer one book with a lot of chapters instead of multiple, specialized books. *shrug* Personal preference.

Yes - I'd like to take a look. As of now, the only codex list in the Titan Legions is the combined Division Militaris and Divisio Mandati. I wouldn't mind having that book developed a lot more, so if you've got good ideas, there's a place to put 'em.
