The animosity rule is a very good concept, but the point is that there is no reason for the army it self ot get involved in the squabble between the GD's. The first animosity rule used in 40K was to limit the amount of Daemons used in squad to squad combat so they do not over whelm there opponent. These rules were incorporated so that use of all Chaos factions were not lumped together in one army and if they did the daemons themselves would more than likely spend more time proveing that faction was the dominate one. The rules only used the animosity of the daemons not there (near) human conterparts, by involving the minions this takes away all chance of the army from acheiving ther goal of the battle. I wish my enimies would all attack me at once and there animosities over took them and fought with each other, while slay them when they are busy killing each other!
