Just a silly question...or not

Argh... one month almost out in real life and 250 messages lurking...too
much information...

I really DO like the gutbuster idea, if any day is to be proposed as core,
my vote is for it. could also apply to praetorian void shields?

and now for something completely different: a man with two nos...er...a
silly question:

I just read a post sent some (a lot of) days ago about a warhound pinned in
CC, its bonus when charging and so... and then I questioned myself:

Why does a titan which charges 50 cm get a -1 to hit from enemies?

What about a Rhino? its smaller and goes with the same speed. And an Eldar
Vyper? even smaller and even faster, but no bonus on charging. In my opinion
it's nice for scout titans to have an extra protection (apart from void
shields and thick armour (irony here)) when charging but its quite nonsense
in the end, it's fast but also big, what about smaller (and faster) things?
Coherency vs Balance.

That was just a thought that happen to came to my mind (perhaps extending
this malus to faster (50+ cm) charging units? well that would mean changing
the CC core ruleset and...no... I didn't meant that, nooo... ZAPZAPZAP!).

Beware of the leader who bangs the drums of war in order to whip the
citizenery into a patriotic fervor; for patriotism is indeed a double edeged
sword. It both emboldens the blood, just as it narrows the mind. And when
the drums of war have reached a fever pitch and the blood boils with hate
and the mind has closed ,the leader will have no need in seizing the rights
of the citizenery. Rather, the citizenery, infused with fear and blinded
with patriotism, will offer up all of their rights unto the leader and
gladly do so. How do I know ? For this is what I have done. And I am Caesar.
Julius Caesar.
