I chose to increase it to triple because it was, in fact, such a
limited-use situation. The CAF bonus is only +1 to +3 so it's not all
that powerful, either. If you've got a better idea I'd like to hear
it. Give one stand the "Destroys Buildings" ability for a turn?

yes, Destroy buildings is a good idea, and also the ability that
allows to survive when is in buildings or vehicle that was destroyed.
