Not really. A) We've been pretty slow receintly, B) we've implemented some fairly radical changes (well, radical for stick-in-the-mud gamers like us, at least) and that always takes a while, and C) we're about done. The polls I put up with my latest version of the army book are ending, and when we wrap that up I'll upload a nigh-final version and we'll move on to Tyranids. I figure by the end of the weekend I'll put up a new army book and kick off discussion.
