Hi!
Hmm.. Misunderstood the question. You could leave them behind in this
matter, but it doesn't work as a regular first fire order. You shoot in
the first fire order phase, but you shoot at the nearest target, not
free selection as per the order. This needs to be worded more carefully
to reflect this.
