Why not say when a unit loses a combat, they add there remaining breakpoint when they make there morale check? Then Squats and IG become much more resilient.

Add a -1 modifier for every stand lost in the conflict and you are away.

  I agree on this one. Morale and breakpoint shoud make a difference. The rules should reflect that a unit of squats can take much more casualties than a IG unit of same size.
