I think that needs to be written in, then. A note on what orders
can/must be given to a surfacing tuinneller would be useful. I.e. does
surfacing count as a 'move'? Can it surface then move 15cm?

Incidentally, Peter, your posts seem to have no distinction between
the quoted portion and your response; there's no leading '>'. Was that
deliberate?
