Agree with zerloon on this one!
For the basic rules this should be a standard unit (perhaps an optional
unit). However there was some suggestion for making different army lists for
the different craftworlds, in this set of rules it would be appropriate to
keep the jetbike (Vyper) warlock craftworld specific!
