[5.0] Second call for ork revision

Hi!

Well, its been uncharacteristically quiet after posting the messages for
the ork revision.

Is school and university starting up and thus time is scarce?

The only army left after Ork is the Slann/Necron list. Once that is done
we open up for proposing new army lists like:

Tau
Dark eldar

Let me know if to wait some more or move on to Slann/Necron.
