They actually have the same morale. It's just that they are stubborn and
hold on fighting for longer.

I wondered why was it that being marines so tough they do have a break point
and don't just hold on until the last stand. The answert is the following:

Marines have reduced numbers, that means that in a long campaign they cannot
sustain heavy loses in one battle unless it would be the decisive one.
Therefore, for the enemy army it is enough to reach a lower break point,
since this weakens the marine force for the next assault. BUT this is also
compensated by the fact that marines have such good morale values that allow
them to keep on fighting even at the jaws of defeat. That doesn't mean that
their commanders force them to retire due to heavy losses.

The squat army has different mentality, they will just keep fighting until
they win or be dead. Nothing more. Just stubborn. The high break point and
morale reflects that attitude.
