Squat rapier

While we're looking at the Squat list, I'd like to review
the 'Rapier' (rapier gun carriage with laser destroyer).

Rapier 5 cm None -3 Laser Destroyer 50 cm 1 4+ -3

This thing is on a gun carriage because it is too big and heavy to be
carried, it's a serious weapon. That accounts for the -3 TSM. But
it has four barrels (it used to be called a multi-laser), so why does
it only fire one shot per round?

It's quite cheap, you get 3 for 75 points. Is there any interest in
raising both the rate of fire, and the cost? Or is everyone happy to
just leave it alone?
