I think the price should just be lowered 50 points. After all, in the games
I had I didn't see Basilisks or Manticores...or heavy artillery in
general... move too much.. ^^

Otherwise, we could count the ability to move as 25 pts apiece, lowering it
by 75 pts, but this could cause some problems in building an army (I often
end up sparing just 25 points because of those pesky 175 pts Goliath Mega
Cannons... :/ )
