Actually, the descriptions are quite different - that's the point of my question. Immortals are "huge and heavily armored" while Destroyers are "incredibly fast." How about this:

Immortals are Infantry-class units, but pinned as Walkers. They may not enter buildings.

Destroyers are Walker-class units but may move through "impassable" terrain at half speed, and at normal speed through "half-speed" terrain.

That'll simplify things while keeping the units distinct. I'll edit the descriptions to match.
