The only Warmonger file I have has no fluff, no template, no damage tables and poorly-writte plasma usage rules. I looked at it and decided it wasn't worth my time. If you've got a better set I'm willing to put in a little time, but the rules I have aren't worth it. Did we have a poll and vote to include it?
