Hi!

If memory serves this was "voted in" in the original first edition of
net epic, but was never put in the books (we kept forgetting...).

I have the "hybrid" template for placing the counters and such. I'm not
sure what you have, let me scrounge up what I got then we can compare.
If need be I'll do some work on it to make it "presentable".
