Sounds fine to me, the Imperial Guard have always been the Imperial
Guard though, so I would leave them.

Will we be doing lists for Heresy era armies? Good for Marine vs Marine
battles.

Sound okay to me. Leaving "Imperial Guard" as is seems the way to go.
