Probably a good idea, then release an army book for all the misc new
armies' later one. It is the format we have followed before, someone
comes up with an army idea, and it gets published in Incoming! discussed
and then eventually makes its way onto the official website.

For one - I have a Heresy era Legion list, the Sisters of Silence will
be the next army list that gets done. A custodian list would be cool...
after all there are a thousand of them...

Well, indeed, I proposed some changes IMHO would improve the original
idea,
but as it seems the list is (deadly) quiet lately, perhaps its a better
idea
to leave it for the optional rulebook until a bit more movement is seen.
Anyway, I'd rather include the Grey Knight chapter to the inquisitorial
army
list. I think it could be a nice list, together with rogue traders,
colonist
expeditions and such small independent imperial armies. Maybe when v5 is
completed we could add some add-ons (like optional chapters,
craftworlds,...)
