When you buy a Triad you pick two weapons and apply them to all

I can understand wanting customizable, but I have a few objections.
For one thing, Vectors aren't titans, and titans are currently the
only customizable thing in the game. Since Tau don't have titans I
think this is a good compromise - a non-titan with limited
customization. You can't customize Tau battlesuits in NetEpic at all,
so having all three Vectors in a detachment have the same weapons
makes sense. It's an intermediate step between no customization and
complete (titan-like) customization.

It's also a matter of practicality - titans are large enough to keep
track of (well, in most battles) and have their own data sheets but if
I have two or three Triads, I don't want to keep track of several
dozen weapon cards. One set per Triad is plenty, IMO.
