I've uploaded the latest versions of the Optional Rules and Tactica
books. Let me know what you think, and what should be added. Now's the
time for any new units, ideas and suggestions. These won't be finalized
until (probably) Thanksgiving so there's lots of time.

As for the Tactica book, we need more articles on how to run an army. I
wrote most of 'em and they're undoubtably skewed towards how I play.
More points of view are welcome, as well as general tactics, sample
army lists for certain opponents, unit by unit analysis, etc.

Finally, I looked on the Epicenter a good while ago and pulled all the
articles I could find that related to NetEpic rules and tactics. If
there are new files or ones I seem to have ignored, please let me know.
There are a number on painting that I'm putting into a separate book -
I've got those.
