Necron Name change

Hi!

I wanted to gather the feel of changing the robotic slann allies name to
something else (currently called necron).

Since there is a member doing a Necron list similar to GW fluff, I'd
like a different name for the slann necrons to make them different.

The one I favor for the moment is "slanndroids", but I'd like to hear
more opinions.
