That's a very good question. I would imagine it has to do with the Morale
values. The Militaris Stormblades probably have a lower morale value than
the Mechanicus Stormblades. Check the Morale for the two of them. If they
are the same, then we have a problem.

Did we ever have stats for Nurglings? I don't remember them. I know they
existed for 1stEd Space Marine/Adeptus Titanicus but they were represented
in the rules for the Great Unclean One Daemon for Space Marine/Titan
Legions. If you've got the stands, go for your life and make stats for
them!!! They'll probably wind up in the options book as the models for
them are VERY hard to get.

I've no idea what the status of the Army cards is. Peter is probably
better qualified to answer that one.
