NetEpic 5 Questions

Hello everyone.
1- I noticed that the point value of Stormblade Company in the
Mechcaniucs Army Book is 1000pts, while in the Militaris Army Book
the cost is 800. Was this deliberate? Could not the Mechcanicus
player take a Stormblade Company as an Allied formation from the
Militaris Army Book and save 200pts?(if its deliberate)

2-What happended to the Nugle's Nurglings? They are not present in
the latest Chaos Army Book. I've finally got 9 of the circular
Nurgling bases from the early days of Epic and want to use them.
Should I make up stats and post them for review if there are none?

3- What is the status of the Army Cards for NetEpic 5.0? I consider
these a keep element to the game. Oh, I prefer the orginal card
front and NetEpic4.1 backs. Having the unit stats on the back of
the card is mighty handy. As for having cards that can be dealt out
to create uncertainty, why not use wargame size chits representing
formations and pull them out of a coffee mug? It's really the same
thing and they could be placed upside down on the map as well.
