To add to Peter's answer: it was stated somewhere (WD maybe, or a
Citadel journal) that Chaos Cards could be used to save Chaos titans,
but the decision to spend a chaos card to avoid damage MUST be used
before the damage roll is made. So the decision is taken after a failed
save, but before the roll on the location table.
