Please help identify this miniature

Hi, I recently purchased a nurgle palanquin.It is metal and definitely
6mm in scale.It has 4 loin clothed slaves carrying the palanquin at
the front and another 4 at the back.A small horned nurgle sits on the
stretcher like palanquin.
I have been collecting epic miniatures for a looong time but can never
recall such a release by Games Workshop.Can anyone help with its
origins?Was it produced by another company? Any ideas would be
appreciated.
