O.K., I took a look and here are some ideas.
The other new chaos beast the Chaos Dwarfs use is the Lammasu. You
could use this name for either a flyer (which the C-Squats need to
match the Squat's Iron Eagle) or as the name of a Daemon Vehicle.
The Taurus should probably be a Daemon Vehicle. They are Engineers
and they do worship Chaos.
Hobgoblins-Chaos Tainted Orcs (that's why orcs hate them so much).
They should also have some Orky rules to reflect their origin. And
perhaps some Ork vehicles.
Bull Centaurs should probably have heavy weapons to reflect their
strengh. It also makes them unique as their are no other Heavy
Weapon Cavalry (which also fits more into the heavy weapon theme you
have going) that I know of. You also forgot to finish their stats.
Hashut was more a sorcerer/warrior god, not a god of pleasure. Would
definetly change this.
"Road Warriors" really needs a better name. Call it the Guild of
Fury or some such.
You should definetly make a Daemon Prince of Hashut.
The fluff for C-Squat Watchers seems... silly. Definetly need to
change this and arm them.
Road Warrior Tanker. Why would anybody buy this unit if it's not
armed and does absolutly nothing?
The Ziggurat is an excellent name for a praetorian. Another good
name is the Black Forge of Khorne.
You really should add the stats of the Androids to the list.
If you want to have some fun, add the Cybernetic ability to the
Berserkers (this would fit in well with the overall tech-feel of the
army) and truly make them a unit to be feared.
Chaos Champions really need to be worked into the list.
