Locked fliers

Hallo!

In the morning two friends of mine had a 2K pts game, Chaos vs Eldar.
 
Chaos won but some questions came up.. As long as I remember them I post
them to the group...
 
#1 A "Locked" flyer (Warlock Psy Power) is automatically destroyed? I think
I remember "yes" but I was unable to find the rule on the book.
