No. The Avatar is no given orders. He moves with all other compulsory
move units before the standard movement phase units do so. His move is
capped at 15cm. The command ability is applied only to his throwing his
spear in the first fire phase.

Yes. No a very productive use for them, but in extremis it could be done.

While it may be listed as "optional" in the latest rulesbook, I will
give this variant a alternate status or even core since most people use it.

So the answer is yes, the transports and transportees can act
independently of each other and can be given different orders.

(Farseer power), and, if

Yes. If an IG unit is close to a unit with inspiration its normal morale
of 4 would become a 3 when check against coercion. That is normally he'd
need a 4 to pass a check, but with a +1 bonus from inspiration he'll
need to roll a 3. Use that "3" for the calculation for the coercion
power. Another way would be to change the +1 bonus into a -1 bonus on
the eldar farseers roll. It amounts t the same thing.

Similar to a slann mage. 2d6 for the farseer and one for the librarian.
Warlocks get only 1d6 versus the librarians 2d6.

Titans are immune to this power.

In the files section of the yahoo group the latest updated rules are
available, grab them, since a lot of stuff as been added to them.

Thanks!
