new vehicles characteristics for netepic

Hi fellow's

I see a few time ago that the final version of netepic will be release
soon and that a great new , but i have a look at the army list and see
that many new vehicles are not include !!!
Eldar vyper whith various weapon's , wave serpent new type, some
forgeworld vehicles etc etc.
Does these will be include in the final version of the game ???
That change the army organization and tactic , the first version of
wave serpent and the last one are very different....
