Rules for Hydra and Manticore Platforms from Forgeworld

Hello all,

Are the rules for the Hydra and Manticore Platforms the same as the rules for the tanks? And are there rules for a company card forboth of these, like the Earthshakers have? Didn't see them in the rules, and I didn't know if this has been discussed.
