I think that we should give them a better chance to survive barrages, too
often I have seen them crippled with easy.

However we must remaind that if we grant all imperial/chaos titans a 3+
shield repair this wil be applied not only to warlords (the real problem),
but also to reavers and warhounds that IMHO could be too good, remember that
a warhound hull cost ONLY 125 pts and you want a 3+ shield reapair!
