Again, you are making more rolls and making game play longer we at are group play that only weapons with a -1 to save mod is able to take down sheilds. This is to show that a titan would in no way go down or be destroyed be plain infantry unless they tried to assult it.

We have ruled that you only may scatter of a titan that is moving. If it
stands on first fire orders you may not scatter off. If you do, simply
reroll the scatter dice until you hit!
