Consider, Electronic Counter Measures. Also, even though the model does
not move on the table, I see no reason why the titan would have to not
move entirely. Perhaps it's moving it's torso a bit, back and forth,
side to side, to throw off targeting. Maybe it's dancing a jig, not
impossible for Eldar, I bet. ;)
